My Phase Jam #8 entry, first time participate and it's a new project from scratch.

The game is basically Mummy Maze but pick out some harder levels and re-cooked into a more challenging, non kid-friendly stages. Also include a loose storyline.

Control:

  • Click to navigate menus
  • WASD to move
  • Space to wait 1 turn

Gameplay:

  • Reach the flag to clear stages
  • Enemies move 2 tiles, while you can only move one
  • Enemies have moving pattern, notice how and use them as your advantage
  • If enemies of the same shape overlap each other at the end of their turn (aka start of YOUR turn), it will reset the stage. I don't know how to explain in game, so I pray you read this here, or just screw around and find out.

Some Notes:

  • Don't click Goobai on Web, it's for quitting the game on offline version
  • Undo can be unreliable at time, Reset is more reliable.
  • There are 20 stages
  • There are Skip buttons, but it only appear when you need it and it will skip some in-stage trigger, it will not break the game so use it if you are stuck in a stage for too long.

Dev rambling:

  •  It's hard, but then again, these kind of puzzle games tend to be either cakewalk or "are you sure this is solvable?". 
  • Unlike Mummy Maze I don't have  a banger BGM  and instead, use a cute one to fit the theme so it's even harder to keep player motivated.
  • The weird rule is not a bug, it's inteded to make certain stages harder (yes, I know) and force you to have unique approach instead of funnel both cubes into one place like Mummy Maze.
  • There are stragglers (like.. 2-3 people) every now and then play the game. How did you guys even find this? Or that's just Scraping Bot? Am I updating this description for nothing? Leave a complain in the comment if you play the game
